Our cuisine

The Balkans means sun, temperament, unique climate and excellent food. We wanted to have something original and at the same time complying with our standards - unique, quality, fresh and with attention to every detail. This is how we came up with the idea of establishing cooperation with Karczma Guča, which, as far as the quality of served Balkan cuisine is concerned, no one can match.

The Summer Restaurant is a seasonal project of the Lamberton Hotel.
